Coconut Battered Shrimp Sauce

Another great sauce recipe from Delmar Hill! We know this one tastes great on shrimp but it's a tasty sauce for just about any seafood.

1. ¼ cup cajun mustard
2. ½ cup orange marmalade
3. 1 T. Lime Juice
4. 1 T. Horseradish
